We took Kate today to get her haircut for the first time. Granted she doesn't have a lot of hair to start with but it was time to give her hair some shape and polish. Her ends were uneven and I just felt like it was time for this moment to happen. Honestly, I was nervous because I knew how much she resists me even touching her hair. She doesn't even like backrubs...honestly, who's child is this??? Well she's definitely mine based on these pictures my Mom sent me from May 84'. :)
She did really well once she discovered there's such a thing as a dumdum. She was a little confused as to how the dumdum slowly disappeared yet she wasn't "eating" it. So today was a fun day of firsts...haircut and dumdums. :)
