A couple weeks ago we met a few friends at Lyman's Orchard to do some apple picking. It was a beautiful fall day made even better by a breakfast of fresh apple fritters...seriously the best I've ever had! Kate enjoyed looking for ducks at the pond, of course that day they were on vacation and no where to be found. Then she tackled an apple while Mom did the work of picking enough apples for a pie for her Daddy. We had a great time and always enjoy getting together with other Moms. Some of our new favorite people are Jonathan, Natalie, London and Carter. They recently moved up this way for his residency in anesthesiology and Natalie is a practicing OB/GYN. They have been such a blessing in our lives in just the few months we've known them. London is just 17 months and Carter is 5 months old.
