We had a great trip to Arkansas for Christmas this year. It was a whirlwind week but so much fun seeing everyone. We almost didn't make it because there was a blizzard approaching the northeast and the timing looked like it would make us miss our flight. Turned out it would have...our original flight was cancelled. But we were able to make it on an earlier flight a day ahead giving us more time in Arkansas! We flew into Little Rock and spent the night at Lindsay and Whitney's. The next day we went to Chris' aunt and uncle's house for breakfast, then made our way to our friends' house for a party they were throwing so we could see a bunch of friends all in one place. Thank you Sandlins!!! Then we went over to Chris' brother's house to meet our new nephew, Elliott! He is precious!!! Josh and Teyerra seem to be adjusting to parenthood marvelously. That night we headed up to Fayetteville for the week. We had a great time with family and getting our fix of our favorite food. We dodged the snow in the northeast but it wouldn't stay away from us! We ended up getting a white Christmas in Arkansas instead. It started snowing Christmas Eve night and we woke up to a sunny snowy morning on Christmas day.
