We had been to the beach a couple times with Kate but never to really play just to see. So we got all suited up and ready to go. Kate had fun playing in the sand and attempting a sand castle but to be honest the rocky beach is not quite our thing. We are used to the beaches in the South where there's white sand and umbrellas, etc. But we enjoyed getting out in the sun and our feet feeling the water and sand.
Forgot his sunglasses so my diaper bag worked to keep the sun out of his eyes. He was really tired because it was around his morning nap time so he was about to fall asleep.
