There's no way I could put all the pictures from the lake on a blog post...so I'm dividing it up in three different posts.
We had so much as a family from beginning to end. God has given us true friends in our family and we could not be more blessed. I'll tell the story through the pictures...
Mary and Philip..I met Philip when he was 3! Younger than Kate!!! He has grown into such a nice young man who helped us whenever needed with the kiddos.
The 3M's as we called them...Miriam, Molly Grace and Molly Robin. When I first met this family Miriam and Molly had just been born and Molly was Kate's age. These girls are role models for Kate...they have such sweet hearts and served us by playing with our kiddos with no complaint.
Our "elders" Uncle Bobby and Madeline...they have the best stories and the sweetest way of telling them, captivates me every time.
Johnny Ross family, Johnny, Tara, Jack, and Charlie
This sweet boy was ready to go down to the lake ALL the time...there was never a time he didn't want to be in the water or on the boat.
Kate had a great time and handled being the only girl (under 5) cousin quite well.
The house...this was the 10th year for me to go and it's fun to see how the house stays the same but the people are getting older.
A fantastic view of a thunderstorm that we were about to encounter for only 5 minutes...
...and then it was like this again.
We did bananas foster two nights...Chris LOVED it!
Can't believe how much these two have grown up in four years. They were 8-9 months in the picture below.
One day we'll be looking at this picture trying to figure out who everyone was...that's what we do with pictures of the Rosses on the lake taken 20+ years ago.
Chris Ross and Johnny Ross kids...ages 4 and 2.
