We made our annual trip to Waveny Park for a family picnic. It's the best place for a peaceful, quiet picnic. The scenery is beautiful and there are usually just a handful of other families doing the same thing. We were remembering how just a year ago Kate was not nearly as mobile as she was this time. Last year she couldn't even make her way off the blanket...this time we had a hard time getting her to stay on the blanket to get a few bites of her lunch.
She wanted to climb this tree so bad!
